Come Lord Jesus and strengthens our faith

In less than a month is Christmas, the most beautiful period of the Liturgical Year.

How many emotions and memories we have lived in this time of waiting and holiday for the coming of our Savior, Emmanuel, the God with us!

Yet among the decorations and the lights, between the music and the preparations, ‘God with us’ is born into a manger, to remind us that it is not the material riches that we must strive to conquer in our lives but the richness of the Spirit.

By welcoming the good news in our hearts, making place in our poor soul for the newborn Savior , we prepare for eternal joy, confident of sharing everything with our God.

We are not free from worry and difficulty, not even Mary and Joseph have had all easy in their ‘Mission on Earth.’

But we have the gift of faith, hope and security in our God.

The Creator God of the universe wants to be born in our hearts, needs protection and love, needs to be nurtured with prayer, needs to grow in our minds and announced to the people.

I am no longer alive, but Christ lives in me.

This life in the flesh I live in the faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me (Galatians 2:20)

Among the many tribulations, uncertainties, sorrows remember that Christ lives in us.
Come Lord Jesus to strengthen our faith,
Come to make us humble in the Spirit,
come to Lord in our poverty that only You can transform.

Let us remember to forgive our enemies, praying for our brothers far away from God, and supporting in the prayer the most needy in the soul and body.
