And if God needs us … ?

“You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and to the ends of the earth. ” (Acts 1:8)

The great witness of the early Christians was that Christ is risen, he won something that was invincible before: death! Proclaiming the resurrection , therefore, is to proclaim hope, be bearers of the joy given to us from that infinite love that surpasses the pain, suffering and death. By accepting in our hearts the message of Jesus, we accept to become treasurers of a legacy too big to keep and a treasure that multiplies donating.

Then, how to be witness of the message of the Risen Christ ?

The joy of an alive Jesus living next to us and willing to listen and enrich us spiritually is not comparable to anything else.
Each of us in his own journey experiences doses of this joy in a different way for grace received from God Himself. Living and demonstrating the love of Jesus, following the narrow gate and choosing it is not always easy .

As in a choir in the church, not all sing out loud and not all sing the same notes but following the Master – each according to his ability and gifts helps to enrich the final melody that would not be the same without each of the participants. Let us be guided by the Master Jesus and make every moment of our lives a praise to Him , sometimes loud, sometimes low sometimes just a whisper or a simple smile to convey the love received .

And in the test … ?

In the test – we are more closer to Jesus suffering , even if it ‘s difficult and inexplicable reason for so much pain entrust ourselves to Him by offering our miseries returning even though in a bit – part of the immense love given to us. If love begets love, smiling carry with us the light of the resurrection of Jesus that as in a new creation re- illuminates the world around us.
